Refund policy

Returns and order issues

We accept return requests for items that arrive damaged or defective, or when we send you the wrong item. Within 30 days of delivery, you can submit a return request for eligible items through your customer account or contact us at yourstrulysyncere@gmail.com. Please email your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos to that address, including when you submit the request through your account. Submitting a request does not automatically approve a return; we review requests against this policy. If you cannot submit a request through your account, please contact us by email. Please report any issues as soon as possible.

Sizing and change-of-mind requests

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size selected by the customer, except where required by law. Please review the product's size chart before ordering. If the size you receive differs from the size on your order, contact us so we can make it right.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims, we will offer a replacement at no additional charge or a refund. Items must be unworn, unused, and in the condition received. Trying an item on to check the fit does not prevent you from reporting a defect.

Return instructions

Do not send an item back before contacting us. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. We will confirm the return address in those instructions.

Gift cards and sale items

Gift cards are non-returnable except where required by law. Sale items remain eligible for assistance if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Contact us at yourstrulysyncere@gmail.com if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law. For orders shipped to the European Union, the applicable 14-day right of withdrawal remains available, subject to legal exceptions, including those for qualifying personalized products.
